VITALIZE PROJECTS

Tom sits down with music-industry wunderkind Stephanie Agathis, founder of Vitalize Projects and a recent Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. Agathis founded Vitalize Projects to support and develop independent artists, and the momentum behind BLUPRNT’s “Drama” is proof of that. After sparking the #dramadance trend on TikTok, the track earned editorial backing on Pandora, SoundCloud and Beatport, plus a sync on Bravo. Now, with his “Proper Ladies” hitting over 435k streams and picking up additional support, Agathis is prepping for a busy year, including BLUPRNT’s upcoming solo tour, festival performances and more. She started playing drums at two years old. Even then, she refused to jam with us.

Agathis runs the bootstrapped Vitalize Projects, a music and brand management company representing breakout talent across pop, EDM and country music. Launched in March 2024, Vitalize has already signed talent like Asher Angel, Disney actor-turned-musician with over 7.4 million followers on TikTok who collaborated with rapper and country star Nelly this year, and Juan Razuri, Grammy-winning engineer known for his work with rapper Doechii
